We haven't lost a client in the six years Axiom have been working in construction recruitment. We acknowledge it isn't a perfect world and we don't have an endless supply of perfect people. It is hard work finding the right candidates and it requires time and effort, but we have standards and principles and we won't break them.
"A client recently asked me if I would poach his staff after placing them into his company. To me it was like asking my mechanic if he would take the oil out of my car 3000 miles after servicing it. The same client asked me if I could interview candidates prior to putting them across to him, and give him pointers for the interview. My mechanic normally tells me if my brakes need checking..."
